Agreement
By using Pickle Bears you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other players.
Bookings & cancellations
A booking request reserves a court subject to availability and venue rules. Cancellation and refund rules follow the venue policy shown in the app (including any free-cancellation window). Double-booking attempts on an occupied slot will fail.
Payments
Payment features may show pending splits before a live payment provider is fully enabled. When online payment is active, charges, refunds, and disputes follow the payment provider’s rules and the venue’s cancellation policy. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (₱) unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not harass others, scrape the service, attempt to bypass security, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Do not enter other people’s contact details without permission.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, venue closures, or play injuries. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us for the booking at issue, if any.
